Welcome to the Firman Community Services (FCS), Maternal Child Health Program located in Cicero. At this location, FCS offers both Family Case Management (FCM) and Targeted Intensive Prenatal Case Management (TIPCM).  Family Case Management serves pregnant women and infants, and provides family support services.

TIPCM is a program for pregnant women who are predisposed to having a high risk pregnancy (i.e., a premature birth and/or a low birth-weight baby). Communities served are in suburban Cook County, specifically, Bellwood and Maywood. The program works to ensure the probability that participants will have a healthy pregnancy and deliver infants weighing 5.5 pounds or more.
The program helps pregnant women receive prenatal care and other needed medical and social services, including WIC.
